You can strengthen your abs by merely holding them in for while. Contract your stomach muscles while your working on the computer or watching television. Pick a parking spot that enables you to walk a little distance. For that matter, a leisurely walk is wonderful for an emotional pick up and provides great tuning for your body. It will stretch your muscles and strengthen your heart all in one.
